Gotti Nails was created by Robert Nguyen, a Vietnamese-American artist, educator and competitor who spent two decades shaping how professionals around the world learn, create and perform at the table.

Robert's career began where credibility is actually earned, through hands-on work, competition-level execution, and disciplined technique. His work has been recognized with dozens of industry awards, international editorial features, and a finalist run on reality TV's Nail'd It. He went viral before viral was a thing.
For more than ten years he served as an International Educator for OPI, training professionals across 30+ countries. He went on to lead product and education as Director of Education & New Product Development at Color Club, then as Creative Director at Nail Alliance, overseeing Gelish, Entity and RCM. As a competition winner, medalist and judge, he's evaluated technique at the highest level.
He also co-founded House of Polish in Beverly Hills and Century City, modern spaces built around elevated nail artistry. Every chapter informs one philosophy: true luxury in nails isn't excess or trends. It's precision, discipline and intention. That philosophy is the foundation of Gotti Nails, founded in Oceanside, California.
